Every language has its own IDE, for example for the web currently the leaders of IDE are Zend Studio and Aptana. Personally I prefer Zend Studio, others prefer Aptana because its free, others from other hand use Zend Studio and also Aptana as a plugin to Zend Studio :) Very nice IDE’s!
